MUMBAI, India, Jan. 23 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202641001529 A) filed by Meenakshi Academy Of Higher Education And Research; and Meenakshi Medical College Hospital And Research Institute, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, on Jan. 7, 2026, for 'a process for preparing a multi-component nutraceutical formulation for promoting healthy aging and maintaining overall health.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention discloses a process for preparing a multi component nutraceutical formulation for promoting healthy aging and maintaining overall health. The process involves collecting selected plant-based ingredients including turmeric rhizomes, Indian gooseberries, green tea leaves, fenugreek leaves, moringa leaves, sesame seeds, and flax seeds, which are cleaned, shade-dried, powdered, and sieved. Soybeans, chickpeas, and rice water are separately fermented using defined natural fermentation methods, followed by lyophilization and vacuum drying to obtain stable fermented powders. The processed ingredients are blended into three distinct formulations. A morning blend comprising turmeric, gooseberry, and green tea powders, a base powder comprising sesame seed, fenugreek leaf, flax seed, and moringa leaf powders and an evening blend comprising freeze-dried fermented soybean, chickpea, and rice water powders. Each blend is packaged individually in airtight containers under controlled humidity conditions to from multi component nutraceutical formulation for promoting healthy aging and maintaining overall health."
