MUMBAI, India, Oct. 31 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202411030217 A) filed by Indian Council Of Medical Research, New Delhi, on April 15, 2024, for 'a process for dried blood spot based extraction of rna.'

The application for the patent was published on Oct. 31, under issue no. 44/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention relates to a process for the extraction of quantified RNA and a kit for extraction of RNA from a blood sample.
