According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention discloses a process (100) for developing gene therapy vectors (200) with target specificity. Bioinformatics-guided ligand identification and promoter selection enable selective gene expression. Modified vectors (250) exhibit enhanced binding to target cells, reduced off-target expression, and improved stability. The invention provides a scalable and modular method for generating precision gene therapy vectors suitable for clinical applications."
