MUMBAI, India, Nov. 21 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202521103799 A) filed by M/S Aushadh Limited, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, on Oct. 28, for 'a process and system for vectorised delivery of agrochemical actives using a proprietary synergistic carrier blend for enhanced environmental stability and improved efficacy.'

Inventor(s) include Shailesh Kanjibhai Dhameliya.

The application for the patent was published on Nov. 21, under issue no. 47/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Described herein is a concentrate composition for vectorised delivery of agrochemical actives, comprising a film-forming macromolecular agent dissolved in a polar solvent carrier system with functional additives. Upon aqueous dilution and foliar application, the composition executes a Vector Cascade involving droplet deposition enhancement, formation of a transparent elastic anchoring film, improved cuticular penetration, photothermal protection, dilution stability in hard water, and pH governance. The concentrate is optically transparent, physically stable under thermal and freeze-thaw stress, and compatible with EC, SC, SL, SE, ME, and CS formulations or as a tank-mix adjuvant. In certain embodiments, a nano-vector forming component enables formation of nanodomains upon dilution to assist in active translocation. The invention improves foliar retention, uptake, and environmental resilience of agrochemicals without relying on fixed ingredient identities, and is defined by measurable property endpoints reproducible by a skilled person without undue experimentation."
