MUMBAI, India, April 17 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202511041426 A) filed by Delhi Technological University, New Delhi, on April 29, 2025, for 'a power amplifier circuit.'

Inventor(s) include Priya, Puja; and Verma, Om Prakash.

The application for the patent was published on April 17, under issue no. 16/2026.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present disclosure relates to a power amplifier circuit (100) that includes a transistor (102) having a gate terminal (102-1), a source terminal (102-2), and a drain terminal (102-3). The transistor is configured to amplify Radio Frequency (RF) signals. Further, the power amplifier circuit comprises a harmonic control network (104) operatively coupled to the drain terminal (102-3) of the transistor (102). The harmonic control network (104) is configured to set predefined terminations at one or more harmonic frequencies of an operating frequency to shape voltage and current waveforms at the drain terminal (102-3) for enhancing efficiency of the power amplifier circuit (100)."
