The setup comprises a transparent container covered with a permeable support material secured using a fastening means, wherein seeds are placed in contact with a liquid medium selected from water, nutrient solution, or saline solution. The seeds germinate with roots growing into the liquid medium and shoots growing upward. The system enables rapid and efficient evaluation of seed viability, germination rate, and early seedling growth under site-specific environmental conditions without requiring laboratory infrastructure."
