A processor (104) is operatively coupled with the hardware terminal (102) and configured to execute a lightweight operating system (106) embedded in a secure firmware layer (108), validate authentication data, and manage interactions with an integrated e-Office platform (110) and an enterprise server (112). The platform provides professional modules for document creation, communication, scheduling, virtual meetings, digital signatures, and customer management, supports offline operation with automatic synchronization, and enforces execution control over unauthorized applications."
