The blood sample collection module comprising a disposable test strip or microfluidic cartridge adapted to receive a blood sample. The biosensing unit operatively coupled to the blood sample collection module and configured to detect one or more biochemical, molecular, or cellular biomarkers present in the blood sample. The signal conditioning and data acquisition unit configured to convert detected biomarker signals into digital diagnostic data. The memory unit configured to store patient data, diagnostic models, and historical test results. The user interface comprising a display and input controls for presenting diagnostic results and receiving user commands. The wireless communication module configured to transmit diagnostic data to an external device or cloud platform."
