According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention relates to an emotion-sensitive robo-advisory system (100) and method for providing investment portfolio allocation by integrating user interaction behavior with live market data, wherein user interaction data generated through user communications is obtained and analyzed to generate a sentiment vector representing an emotional state of a user, the sentiment vector is combined with live market data to allocate an investment portfolio aligned with both market conditions and user comfort, the investment portfolio allocation is communicated to the user and user feedback is received in response thereto, and weighting of the sentiment vector is controlled based on the user feedback to adjust subsequent investment portfolio allocations, the system operating through modular obtaining, analyzing, allocating, controlling, and communicating functions to enable continuous refinement of investment advice, improved adaptability, enhanced user engagement, and better alignment between automated investment recommendations and user behavior under dynamic market conditions."
