The invention provides a standardized hydroalcoholic extract of Lumnitzera racemosa formulated into a oral dosage form, particularly a tablet, to ensure dose uniformity, acceptable mechanical strength, stability, and patient compliance. The tablet formulation is prepared using pharmaceutically acceptable excipients. The invention offers a safe, non-hormonal alternative suitable for long-term oral administration in postmenopausal women and is amenable to large-scale pharmaceutical production."
