MUMBAI, India, April 20 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202411074177 A) filed by Mankind Pharma Ltd., New Delhi, on Oct. 1, 2024, for 'a pharmaceutical composition of euphorbia prostrata and polidocanol.'

The present invention particularly relates to a pharmaceutical composition of Euphorbia Prostrata and polidocanol which effectively reduce bleeding, discomfort, swelling, itching, and irritation associated with many pathological processes. Additionally, produces sclerosis of the submucosal tissue, leading to the suspension of hemorrhoidal tissue."
