According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A homoeopathic scar-management ointment is formulated using a lipid-based ointment base comprising wool fat, hard paraffin, white soft paraffin, and cetostearyl alcohol, along with pharmaceutically acceptable excipients such as emollients, humectants, and emulsifying agents. The composition incorporates active botanical mother tinctures including Berberis aquifolium Q and Echinacea angustifolia Q, together with aloe vera gel and vitamin E acetate, which collectively support skin conditioning and tissue response. The ointment is prepared using a Dual Dermal-Integration Technique involving micro-shear blending and controlled cold stabilization, enabling uniform dispersion of actives, suitable diffusion into scar layers, enhanced textural smoothness, and stability of botanical constituents. The formulation is designed to support dermal repair, skin regeneration, and consistent topical performance when applied to scar-affected areas."
