The composition is designed to alleviate symptoms of diabetic neuropathy such as burning feet, tingling, numbness, and electric-shock pains. The ointment base includes a combination of wool fat, hard paraffin, white soft paraffin, and light liquid paraffin, along with suitable excipients like cetostearyl alcohol for emulsification. The preparation method involves controlled heating and a micro-dispersion technique to ensure uniform distribution of the active ingredients, which are then packaged in opaque tubes to maintain stability. This composition offers a topical solution for the effective management of peripheral nerve discomfort in diabetic patients."
