The system comprises an ESP8266 microcontroller (101) functioning as the central control unit, an ultrasonic sensor (102) configured to measure bowl food levels by detecting distance variations, and a servo motor (103) mechanically coupled to a dispensing flap for regulated food release. An LED indicator (104) and a buzzer (105) provide visual and audio alerts in cases of low food level or dispensing failure. The components are powered through a regulated supply (106) and interconnected using jumper wires (107) on a breadboard or PCB (108). The microcontroller (101) processes sensor inputs, activates the servo motor (103) at predefined intervals, and triggers alerts when abnormal conditions are detected. The system operates autonomously with optional IoT integration, offering a reliable, low-cost, and modular solution for automated pet feeding."
