The application further supports hybrid machine learning validation, explainable AI outputs, multimedia educational content, and cross-platform operability using Flutter or React Native frameworks. A corresponding method facilitates maternal risk prediction, communication of outcomes through an AI chatbot, and delivery of evidence-based recommendations in multilingual and mode-switching interfaces. The invention enhances clinical decision-making and nurse training, thereby improving maternal care outcomes in diverse healthcare settings."
