The application for the patent was published on Feb. 6, under issue no. 06/2026.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "This project proposes a low-cost mobile application that significantly reduces lead time by streamlining interactions among manufacturers, suppliers, retailers, and other intermediaries through a dynamic bidding and procurement system. Manufacturers can post their requirements, allowing multiple suppliers to place competitive bids. The supplier whose offer best meets the criteria-such as price, delivery schedule, and quality-secures the order. The platform also enables retailers and intermediaries to buy or sell goods, ensuring broader participation across the supply chain. Retailers can track their inventory levels, and when stock is low, place orders directly from the nearest warehouse, enabling faster delivery and minimising downtime. Along with this, an integrated Al-based sensory system monitors inventory in real time and issues automated alerts for restocking, helping businesses maintain optimal stock levels. Designed to be inclusive and user-friendly, the app supports multiple local languages, making it accessible to users across diverse regions. This solution empowers MSMEs and enhances overall supply chain efficiency."
