MUMBAI, India, May 1 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202641049386 A) filed by J. J. College Of Engineering And Technology, Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu, on April 17, for 'a multi-layered candle with distinct scents in each layer.'
