MUMBAI, India, May 29 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202641044221 A) filed by Aditya University; Aditya College Of Engineering And Technology; Aditya College Of Pharmacy; and Aditya Degree College, Surampalem, Andhra Pradesh, on April 7, for 'a multi-functional masonry tool with integrated brick holding and cutting functions and method thereof.'

The multi-functional masonry tool (100) enhances workflow efficiency by eliminating the need to switch between separate brick (10) handling and cutting tools."
