MUMBAI, India, Aug. 8 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202411004083 A) filed by Hero Motocorp Limited, New Delhi, on Jan. 19, 2024, for 'a modular vehicle.'
Inventor(s) include Nalawade, Sunil Damodar; and Dwivedi, Satyendra Dhar.
The application for the patent was published on Aug. 8, under issue no. 32/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Present disclosure discloses about a modular vehicle. The modular vehicle includes an attachment frame of the three wheeled vehicle configuration of the modular vehicle. The attachment frame includes a first parallel member and a second parallel member extending between a front portion and a rear portion of the modular vehicle. A plurality of restraining members being defined along a frontal portion of the attachment frame. The plurality of restraining members define a bucket arrangement to receive and secure a portion of a frame structure of the two wheeled vehicle in the three wheeled vehicle configuration. The plurality of restraining members being structured to secure the frame structure of the two wheeled vehicle to the attachment frame, thus arresting undesirable movement of the frame structure of the two wheeled vehicle relative to the attachment frame."
