The system addresses donor concerns of transparency and trust by implementing NGO verification protocols, donation tracking from initiation to delivery, and comprehensive reporting. The invention particularly solves problems of in-kind donation logistics by providing integrated pickup scheduling with time slot selection and real-time delivery tracking, thereby enhancing donor convenience and participation in charitable giving."
