According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention relates to a computerized method and system for the dynamic interpretation and updating of legal provisions based on judicial precedents. The method comprises collecting statutory provisions from legal databases, retrieving relevant judicial precedents, analyzing the precedents using natural language processing and machine learning algorithms, and generating updated interpretations of the provisions. The updated interpretations are presented to users through an interactive user interface, which provides visual indicators of changes and allows filtering based on jurisdiction, topic, or provision type. The system continuously updates provisions and precedents to reflect newly published legislation and case law, and can notify users of significant changes. This invention enables legal professionals to efficiently access current and authoritative interpretations of laws, enhancing legal research, compliance, and decision-making."
