Inventor(s) include Shailendra Singh Kathait; Vikas Kamra; and Ashish Kumar.
The application for the patent was published on May 1, under issue no. 18/2026.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present disclosure provides a system and method for the automated generation and validation of structured drawing data from image-based inputs. The method includes receiving, by one or more processors, at least one image-based data input from one or more data sources. The method also extracts from the at least one image-based data input, at least one of a vector data, textual data, and dimensional data. The method normalizes at least a portion of the extracted data into a coordinate reference system and analyzes the extracted data using one or more machine-learning models to identify graphical elements and relationships between the graphical elements. The method further generating, based on the identified graphical elements and the relationships between the graphical elements, a structured drawing data representing at least a portion of the project. The method then evaluates the structured drawing data against one or more project-specific design rules to determine compliance information and storing the structured drawing data together with at least a portion of the compliance information in a project data store."
