The application for the patent was published on July 11, under issue no. 28/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention relates to a method and system for securely distributing confidential documents, particularly examination papers. The system comprises a plurality of servo motors (101) for holding, aligning, and stapling pages; an infrared (IR) sensor (102) for detecting the presence of printed pages; a DC motor (103) operable with a paper bundling mechanism (104) to prepare secure bundles; and a microcontroller (105) configured to control all components. A storage unit (106) equipped with a GPS module, timer, fingerprint scanner, and password system ensures access security. An AI-enabled software module (107) automatically selects questions based on difficulty and syllabus weightage, avoiding repetition by cross-referencing historical data. The system automates question selection, exam scheduling, printing, stapling, bundling, verification, secure transport, and controlled access storage. Metadata restricts printing to authorized locations. The storage unit (106) logs access details and allows entry only upon matching GPS, time, fingerprint, and password, thereby ensuring end-to-end document security."
