MUMBAI, India, Feb. 6 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202511133638 A) filed by Mohit; and Bindu, Sonipat, Haryana, on Dec. 30, 2025, for 'a method and system for manufacturing a vacuum embossing ceramic roller.'

Inventor(s) include Mohit; and Bindu.

The application for the patent was published on Feb. 6, under issue no. 06/2026.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention is about a way to make a vacuum embossing ceramic roller using a method that combines sequential molding and rotary vacuum-assisted composite forming. The process starts with making an embossed pattern using a multilayer molding sequence that includes a silastic negative, a polyvinyl chloride positive, and an epoxy negative. Then, a cylindrical silicone mold is made that has the right texture. A vacuum holding mechanism holds the mold in place inside a concentrator of a rotary forming assembly. The assembly rotates at controlled speeds while ceramic-forming materials like epoxy resin, quartz sand, silica powder, and fiber glass thread are injected and deposited one layer at a time. Using centrifugal and vacuum forces, you can evenly distribute, transfer patterns with high fidelity, and consolidate without any gaps. Controlled curing of the deposited layers makes a dense, structurally glass thread ceramic roller that is harder, and more accurate for embossing."
