MUMBAI, India, Feb. 13 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202521134693 A) filed by Emaestro Technologies Private Limited, Pune, Maharashtra, on Dec. 31, 2025, for 'a method and system for automated feasibility assessment and configuration of industrial vision inspection solutions.'
Inventor(s) include Sunil Tryambak Avhad; and Laukik Sunil Avhad.
The application for the patent was published on Feb. 13, under issue no. 07/2026.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A computer-implemented method and framework are disclosed for automated feasibility assessment and configuration of industrial vision inspection solutions. The method begins with receiving input data that includes one or more sample parts (100) or images thereof together with at least one inspection objective. It then acquires images under an initial imaging configuration (300) and computes a plurality of feasibility metrics (400) indicative of inspectability. These metrics include image quality metrics, defect separability metrics and repeatability or stability metrics. The method generates a feasibility score (401) that quantifies the likelihood of achieving reliable inspection accuracy in a production environment and compares this score against predefined or learned criteria. When the score does not satisfy the criteria the method automatically modifies imaging parameters in a closed-loop iterative manner (301) and repeats the process until the criteria are satisfied or a predefined iteration limit is reached."
