The robot is configured to autonomously navigate complex healthcare environments, perform real-time obstacle detection and route planning, and ensure safe and contactless delivery to designated locations such as patient rooms, wards, laboratories, and pharmacies. In certain embodiments, the storage compartment includes temperature-controlled functionality to maintain cold-chain integrity for sensitive items including vaccines and biological samples. The system further implements severity-based operational classification to dynamically respond to routine, advisory, or critical delivery conditions through rerouting, alert escalation, or assisted operation."
