MUMBAI, India, Feb. 27 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202611005854 A) filed by Suresh Gyan Vihar University, Jaipur, Rajasthan, on Jan. 20, for 'a lyophilized vaccine composition with improved thermal stability profile characteristics system.'

The application for the patent was published on Feb. 27, under issue no. 09/2026.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention relates to a lyophilized vaccine composition system comprising an antigen (101), stabilizer matrix (102), thermal protectant (103), and moisture-modulating agent (104). The system is formulated to improve thermal stability, reduce residual moisture, and maintain antigen potency under elevated temperature conditions. An optimized lyophilization process (200) ensures enhanced shelf life, reduced cold-chain dependency, and rapid reconstitution, making the invention suitable for large-scale immunization applications."
