Inventor(s) include Dr. Alamma B H; Dr. Samitha Khaiyum; Dr. T. Ratha Jeyalakshmi; Dr. Pavithra G Shetty; and Prof. Smitha G V.
The application for the patent was published on May 29, under issue no. 22/2026.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The new digital platform is made to help farmers work better by letting them talk to the people who provide things they need at the time. This system uses GPS to find workers, machines and other helpers near the farm. This way farmers can get what they need from people who're close by. The platform also has a code that farmers get on their phone to make sure they are who they say they are which is helpful, for farmers who do not use computers very much. The system also has a part that lets farmers see where the helpers are and watch them come to the farm. This helps farmers know what is going on and makes sure everything gets done on time. By using maps, booking and watching where things are the system helps farmers get things done faster and makes everything more open. The new platform is a way to make farming better and help farmers get more work done in places where it is hard to get things done."
