According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention discloses a liver detox formulation and a GMP-compliant manufacturing method thereof. The formulation comprises Organic Milk Thistle Extract (400 mg), N-Acetyl Cysteine (900 mg), Beetroot Extract, Dandelion Extract, and Astaxanthin. The manufacturing method involves a defined sequence of steps starting with the procurement of qualified raw materials, followed by sieving through specific mesh sizes (20#/30# for actives), and blending via geometric dilution in a double-cone blender at 12-15 rpm for 15-20 minutes. The method further includes encapsulation into HPMC shells and packaging in barrier bottles with desiccants under strictly controlled temperature and humidity conditions. This process ensures improved content uniformity, dose accuracy, and enhanced chemical stability of the moisture-sensitive actives."
