MUMBAI, India, Feb. 27 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202621001425 A) filed by Anil Kumar Gulabchand Baraiya; and Sarita Anil Kumar Baraiya, Gondiya, Maharashtra, on Jan. 6, for 'a large scale digital clock system.'

Inventor(s) include Anil Kumar Gulabchand Baraiya; and Sarita Anil Kumar Baraiya.

The application for the patent was published on Feb. 27, under issue no. 09/2026.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A large scale digital clock system (100) is disclosed, relating to the field of electronic display and time indication systems. The system comprises a ready-made small digital clock unit (102) configured to generate time, date and temperature signals, and a plurality of giant digital display segments (106) arranged to form enlarged numeric digits constituting a giant digital clock display (107). Neon LED strips (105) are fixed along the giant digital display segments (106) to provide visual illumination. An adapter-based power supply (101) supplies operating power through a plurality of 5V electromechanical relay modules (103), which are actuated by at least one light dependent resistor sensor (104) for automatic illumination control based on ambient light conditions. Jumper wires (108) and electrical wiring (110) interconnect the components, and a battery (109) provides backup power. The system achieves technical advancement by providing a hardware-based, energy-efficient, and scalable large-area digital time display suitable for industrial, commercial, institutional, and public applications."
