MUMBAI, India, Sept. 26 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202411018252 A) filed by Maruti Suzuki India Limited, New Delhi, on March 13, 2024, for 'a hood cushion mounting structure for a vehicle.'
Inventor(s) include Vishwesh Surendra Gosavi; and Yogesh Pathak.
The application for the patent was published on Sept. 26, under issue no. 39/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present subject matter discloses a hood cushion mounting structure (302) for a vehicle. The hood cushion mounting structure (302) includes a cushion stay structure (304) configured to provide a support to an inner hood panel of the vehicle, and a C-shaped bracket (306) connected to the cushion stay structure (304), configured to withstand a hood impact load."
