The hair comb further comprises a comb head (106) having a plurality of bristles (108) configured to contact a scalp surface, each bristle defining an internal fluid passage in fluid communication with the oil reservoir (104). The hair comb further comprises a sensing unit (110) configured to acquire multi-parameter data including scalp images, pH, moisture level, sebum level, temperature, and electrical conductivity, and a control unit (112) comprising a processing circuitry (114). The hair comb further comprises an oil dispensing unit (116) configured to deliver the fluid through the plurality of bristles (108) and a massage unit (118) configured to impart mechanical stimulation to the scalp surface by movement of the selected bristles. The hair comb further comprises a communication network (120), and a power unit (122)."
