MUMBAI, India, March 14 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202441067669 A) filed by Tvs Motor Company Limited, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, on Sept. 6, 2024, for 'a fuel assembly of a saddle-type vehicle and a method thereof.'
Inventor(s) include Lohit Vishwanath Patil; Naraharisetti Ramakrishna; and Kandregula Srinivasa Rao.
The application for the patent was published on March 13, under issue no. 11/2026.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention relates to a fuel assembly (200) of a saddle-type vehicle (100) and also relates to a method (500) of mounting the fuel assembly (200) in the saddle-type vehicle (100). The fuel assembly (200) comprises at least one storage unit (201) disposed within a frame assembly (101) of the saddle-type vehicle (100) along a longitudinal axis (L-L') of the saddle-type vehicle (100) and being configured to store a fuel (F), a plurality of fuel regulators (209, 211) being configured to regulate the fuel (F). The plurality of fuel regulators (209, 211) comprises a first fuel regulator (209) being disposed within the frame assembly (101) in a first predefined configuration, and a second fuel regulator (211) being disposed within the frame assembly (101) in a second predefined configuration."
