MUMBAI, India, Jan. 8 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202511105149 A) filed by Manav Rachna University, Faridabad, Haryana, on Oct. 31, 2025, for 'a framework for optimizing employee retention through incentive and recognition programs.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present disclosure provides an apparatus (100) for administering employee retention incentives and recognition programs. The apparatus (100) comprises a computing platform (102) maintaining a data store (104). An intake interface (106) receives performance metrics, qualitative feedback, and employee reward preferences. An evaluation engine (108) is operatively connected to the intake interface (106) and the data store (104) to segment employees based on said metrics and feedback. An allocation unit (110) assigns incentives according to organisational rules stored in the data store (104) and said preferences. A presentation unit (112) renders dashboards for managers and employees. Audit records of incentive assignments are generated by the computing platform (102) and persisted on the data store (104). Such an apparatus (100) enables structured administration of financial and non-financial recognition programs to enhance employee engagement, improve retention, and align organisational objectives with individual contributions."
