Intellectual Property India Publishes Patent Application for 'A Food Composition Comprising A Coloured Marker For Estimating Whole Gut Transit Time And Gut Health' Filed by Seven Turns Pvt. Ltd.

MUMBAI, India, March 13 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202421056834 A) filed by Seven Turns Pvt. Ltd., Maharashtra, on Jan. 26, 2025, for 'a food composition comprising a coloured marker for estimating whole gut transit time and gut health.'

Particularly, the food composition has been formulated such that the appearance of the colored dye in the stool from time of ingestion is indicative of gut transit time correlated with gut health."
