The system (100) includes a first propulsion unit (108) with a brushless direct current motor (110), propeller (112), and first electronic speed controller (114) for aerial thrust, and a second propulsion unit (116) with a waterproof electric thruster (118) and second electronic speed controller (120) for aquatic propulsion. A deployable sail mechanism (122) comprising lightweight flexible fabric (124), mast (126), boom (128), rigging assembly (130), and sail deployment motor (132) harnesses wind energy."
