According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention discloses a device (100) for real-time, non-invasive monitoring of stem cell differentiation. The device comprises a microfluidic chamber (101), biosensing electrodes (102), optical detection unit (103), perfusion system (104), and data processing unit (110). It enables simultaneous impedance and optical monitoring of differentiating cells under controlled microenvironmental conditions. The device provides automated, continuous, and label-free assessment of differentiation stages, offering a compact and reliable tool for stem cell research and regenerative medicine."
