Drainage holes (103) of varying diameters are provided along the side walls of the moulding slots to facilitate effective drainage of excess fluids and adhesive substances. The instrument enables standardized shaping of cartilage grafts, improves graft consistency and stability, and enhances surgical precision and outcomes."
