MUMBAI, India, April 10 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202421076530 A) filed by Tadoba Solutions Private Limited, Raipur, Chhattisgarh, on Oct. 9, 2024, for 'a device and a system to optimize the configuration of photovoltaic solar panels in solar power systems.'

Inventor(s) include Shravan Kumar Singh; and Mohammad Arif Khan.

The application for the patent was published on April 10, under issue no. 15/2026.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention relates to a device and a system to optimize the configuration of photovoltaic solar panels in solar power systems. The device (100) features a manual selector switch (105), a plurality of LED indicators (110), and (115), a plurality of input and output terminals on either side of the device (100), and a power relay wherein all the components are interconnected through internal wiring to provide a versatile solution for optimizing the configurations of photovoltaic solar panels. The device (100) enables the user to easily toggle between parallel configurations, and series configurations merely by changing the position of the manual selector switch (105). The device (100) when connected to the solar power system creates a system where the required configuration is achieved through the integration of the power relay with the manual selector switch (105) and the same is indicated through the LED indicators (110), and (115) associated with the device (100)."
