MUMBAI, India, Aug. 8 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202421008300 A) filed by Indian Institute Of Science Education And Research, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, on Feb. 7, 2024, for 'a detection system based on colorimetric analysis.'
Inventor(s) include Mitradip Bhattacharjee; and Subham Das.
The application for the patent was published on Aug. 8, under issue no. 32/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention is related to to the development of a detection system (100) based on colorimetric analysis. The present invention introduces the detection system (100) to perform as a platform for imaging set-up and sample/object under consideration. The enclosed system ensures that there is no influence of external factors, and the light falling on the sample is constant and consistent, which can be from the flashlight mechanism along with optical arrangements embedded in the system (100) which undergoes dynamic focusing and sensing of colorimetric changes along with the identification of the sample. The present invention provides the system (100) to be checked with various samples to validate its high accuracy which provides a stable environment to take readings with dynamic optical arrangement."
