MUMBAI, India, Feb. 13 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202641009526 A) filed by Sr University, Warangal, Telangana, on Jan. 30, for 'a cyber-physical system for human activity recognition using multimodal sensors and learning models.'

Inventor(s) include Dr. Anil Pandurang Gaikwad; and Dr. Balajee Maram.

The application for the patent was published on Feb. 13, under issue no. 07/2026.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention relates to the field of human activity recognition (HAR) systems and, more specifically, to a cyber-physical system (CPS) that integrates multimodal sensors and advanced learning models for recognizing and classifying human activities in real-time. The system provides robust activity recognition by 10 processing data from multiple sensor types, using machine learning algorithms to achieve accurate results."
