MUMBAI, India, Jan. 9 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202541134160 A) filed by Cavinkare Private Limited, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, on Dec. 31, 2025, for 'a container with an insert and internal heat-resistant label.'

Inventor(s) include Melvin A; Saravanan T; and Sureshkumar A.

The application for the patent was published on Jan. 9, under issue no. 02/2026.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present disclosure relates to a blow-molded container (100) and a method (200) of manufacturing the container (100). The container (100) includes a body (102) formed via extrusion blow molding and a rigid, transparent insert (104), such as an Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) component, integrated into a wall of the body (102). A heat-resistant label (106) is applied to an interior face of the insert (104) prior to molding. During the molding process, the molten parison flows over a profiled edge of the insert to form a continuous barrier lip and a mechanical undercut. This structural arrangement permanently captures the insert (104), rendering the insert (104) non-removable and providing inherent tamper resistance. Furthermore, the barrier lip forms a hermetic seal around the perimeter of the heat-resistant label (106), encapsulating the label (106) to protect it from contact with contents of the containers and external abrasion."
