According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The invention relates to the field of food compositions and methods for preparing baked products, particularly ice cream cones. The disclosed composition comprises a dry ingredient mixture (a) of wheat flour partially replaced by pearl millet flour (present in about 10-50% by weight), sugar, salt, and a leavening agent, in combination with a liquid component and moringa leaf powder incorporated at a predetermined concentration to supply vitamins, antioxidants, and minerals. The method entails blending the specified ingredients to form a homogeneous dough, shaping the dough in a conical mold, and subsequently baking it at controlled temperatures (approximately 175 C to 190 C) followed by controlled cooling to prevent moisture condensation, thereby yielding an ice cream cone with enhanced nutritional profile."
