MUMBAI, India, Jan. 2 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202541122817 A) filed by Manipal Academy Of Higher Education, Manipal, Karnataka, on Dec. 5, 2025, for 'a biodegradable paperweight device for controlled plant germination.'
