According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The invention relates to a battery cell casing comprising a thermally conductive material, said casing comprising a bottom, one or more sides, and a top, where the one or more sides are perforated with a plurality of through holes and wherein the holes are sealed by a thermoplastic polymer. The invention further relates to a battery cell comprising the battery cell casing according to the first aspect filled with at least an anode, a cathode, one or more separators, a positive current collector, a negative current collector, and an electrolyte."
