Abstract: The present invention discloses an AI-enabled integrated smart healthcare monitoring and emergency response system embedded within wearable devices such as smart bands, adhesive patches, garments, or assistive accessories. The system continuously captures physiological parameters through a multi-sensor biosensor array including heart rate, ECG, blood oxygen saturation, respiration rate, body temperature, motion patterns, hydration indicators, and blood pressure trends. An artificial intelligence engine processes the collected biometric data using predictive analytics to detect anomalies, generate personalized health risk scores, and forecast medical emergencies prior to symptom escalation. Upon detection of abnormal or high-risk conditions, the system automatically transmits emergency alerts, real-time health telemetry, and location information to caregivers, physicians, hospitals, or emergency responders. The invention further includes medication adherence monitoring, encrypted local and cloud-based data storage, tamper-detection mechanisms, and a remote physician dashboard for real-time clinical access and automated care coordination. The system provides predictive healthcare monitoring, rapid emergency intervention, and secure remote diagnostics, thereby improving patient safety, chronic disease management, and preventive healthcare outcomes.
