Abstract: It is to provide a vehicle driving device capable of improving strength of a case at an opening portion thereof into which a terminal board is inserted. [Solution] A case 3A includes, at an upper surface thereof, a rectangular opening portion 5C into which a terminal board 50 to electrically relay between generation and traction motors and an outer equipment is inserted from the above. The opening portion includes a pair of short sides extending parallel to an axial direction of the motors and a pair of long sides extending perpendicular to the axial direction. The case includes: a front wall 5D extending downward from an edge portion 5G for one of the short sides of the opening portion; a rear wall 5E extending downward from an edge portion 5H for the other short side of the opening portion; and a side wall 5F extending downward from an edge portion 5J for one of the long sides of the opening portion and connecting between the front wall and the rear wall. Below an edge portion 5K for the other long side of the opening portion, there is detachably provided a reinforcing member 60 extending parallel to the side wall and connecting between the front wall and the rear wall.
