Abstract: Abstract An integrated, artificial intelligence (AI)-powered business-to-business (B2B) Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform optimizes customer support operations and enterprise collaboration workflows. The platform includes a script-initialized web widget deployable on host websites to capture real-time customer session metadata alongside textual dialogue, an administration dashboard providing unified access to a support console, content generation systems, and team collaboration environments, and a serverless reactive backend engine that synchronizes data mutations across connected nodes via WebSocket pipelines in under 100 milliseconds. The system uses a Large Language Model (LLM) inference subsystem to manage multi-turn support dialogue across text and voice channels, using an automated sentiment analysis framework to orchestrate seamless handoffs to live human agents. Furthermore, the platform integrates sandboxed compilation environments and serverless rendering pipelines to generate functional websites and promotional video files from natural language specifications directly within the dashboard.
