Abstract: Abstract An integrated, artificial intelligence-driven smart examination invigilation and attendance management platform coordinates a secure hardware and software architecture to automate assessment logistics and security monitoring. The platform includes an ingress facial recognition terminal (102) linked to a student database server (103) for automated, fraud-resistant attendance logging. An automated seating arrangement module (105) processes rule-based spatial optimization models to minimize collusion potential by segregating neighboring candidates based on subject and department variations. During the assessment, high-definition surveillance cameras (101) feed continuous optical matrices to an AI analytics core (104) executing behavioral monitoring and cheating detection algorithms. The system continuously maps candidate kinetics, head-pose vectors, and localized object anomalies to calculate a dynamic examination risk score. Upon a threshold breach, a smart alert system (108) automatically dispatches localized alert packets containing evidence snapshots to proctor interfaces while securely synchronizing logs with a cloud monitoring server (109) to establish an unalterable audit trail.
