The device (100) comprises a planar core (107) integrated into the at least one multilayer PCB. The at least one multi-layer PCB comprises a plurality of conductor strands on the 10 top layer and on the bottom layer forming planar conductor traces on the at least one multilayer PCB and the multi-layer PCB also comprises a plurality of vias arranged in one or more of a stretched configuration and/or staggered configuration. Stretched configuration comprises at least one via arranged in core window area extending from the core limb area and staggered configuration comprises a plurality of vias set arranged in a plurality of rows in core limb area 15 such that each row comprises a vias set.
